Over vacation I will have to look at my workout schedule and make some needed adjustments. Hopefully, I can ride to work most days and still have enough to add my road bike workout to that + Cynergy. I am thinking right now that:
- Mondays is a ride to work and ab + Weights at Healthtrax
- Tuesday: Ride to work and Cynergy
- Wednesday: Ride to work and Group ride in RH - Cycle Concepts (or just Group Ride)
- Thursday: Ride to work and Cynergy
- Friday: Ride to work and abs + Weights at HealthTrax
- Saturday: Outdoor ride with Nick in Marlborugh 20+
- Sunday: Ride outside short 10 miles slow _recovery day
All this and hot tub stretching will work out fine I think, any thoughts?
