Well, mowed the lawn and then went to Healthtrax to do Cynergy. We did the Winter Routine tonight with lots of Pilates and ab work. My body was shaking when I finished which is a good thing. Need to make sure I do Cynergy twice a week to increase my flexibility and work my core. The summer routine has this built in, I just have to go. Lawn looks great, except I need to get some fertilizer down with weed killer and grub x. I will add this to the To-Do list for the house.
