- Sundays: Outdoor or Indoor Ride/Recovery day.
- Monday: Shop Ride in Middletown at Pedal Power or Weights and Aerobics at the gym.
- Tuesdays: Cynergy at Healtrax and Weights
- Wednesday: Shop Ride at cc in RH at 5:30 pm.
- Thursday: Weights and aerobics at ECSU
- Friday: Early Morning Spin Class
- Saturday: Outdoor/Indoor Ride Hard: 2hrs+

New Fall Routine...
After my ride yesterday, I changed up my weekly routine for the next 8 weeks until my winter schedule begins. I wanted to add back some time in the gym doing core and weight training, so here it is:
