With the heat I went over to Healthtrax in Newington and lifted a full body circuit with mini-circuits for chest flys and arms. In addition, yesterday and today I swam laps. Yesterday for about 1/2 hour, and today 20 laps or about 15 minutes. This was after a morning ride on both days. It seems to help keep my legs limber. I also did a quick stretch in the outdoor hot tub...Nice!
