Rest and Rain

Good thing I road yesterday, as it will be raining for a few days.  After the Century yesterday, I need a couple of days off.  I am going to go to the gym to get in the HOT TUB to stretch.  Really don't feel to to bad anyway.  I had much more pain this winter during my early indoor workouts.  
Look forward to the rest, as this is my rest week on my training schedule.  I have to create a new plan for the next 12 weeks till winter this week.  Always looking toward the future helps eliminate over training, and re-laps.  I will be in maintenance mode till winter I think.  Been training hard all summer.  Bring my riding down to 3 days a week, with some alternative activities mixed in: Yoga, Weight Training, Swimming.
